List of plagiarised verses from Apocryphal texts
Here is a non-exhaustive list of verses that the great Allah borrowed from the work of men to deceive the Muslims. Allah is pretending to be wise and great. But he is as illiterate as the author of his book.
Jesus Christ cursed Allah’s tree, At Tin Surah 95:1. Mark 11:12-25.

1 whoever killed a man killed all humanity
Read Mishnah Sanhedrin Chapter 4 Verse 5. It says:
⊕ Al-Ma’idah Surat 5: 32-33.
Verse 32: That is why we ordained for the Children of Israel that whoever takes a life—unless as a punishment for murder or mischief in the land—it will be as if they killed all of humanity; and whoever saves a life, it will be as if they saved all of humanity. Our messengers already came to them with clear proofs; many of them still transgressed afterwards through the land.
Verse 33: Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment.

Then Allah sent a crow scratching the ground to show him how to cover the dead body of his brother.
Also known as “The Infancy Gospel of Matthew,” it focused on the birth, infancy, and virtuous life of Mary, the mother of Jesus.
Apparently its title has changed; the original was “The Book about the Origin of the Blessed Mary and the Childhood of the Saviour.”
The book is written in Hebrew and translated into Latin by the presbyter Jerome. Scholars are in agreement that the author wasn’t Matthew, the apostle of Jesus. The presbyter Jerome wrote that it was published by Leucius, a disciple of Manichæus. He also wrote the falsely styled Acts of the Apostles.
The Quran claims that the name of Mary’s father is Imran; actually, his name is Joachim. In Chapter 2 of the “pseudo-gospel of Matthew,” Anna, the mother of Mary and wife of Joachim said this prayer:
« For You, O God, know my heart, that from the beginning of my married life I have vowed that, if You, O God, should give me a son or daughter, I would offer them to You in Your holy temple. »

When the wife of Imran said, ‘My Lord, I dedicate to You in consecration what is in my belly. Accept it from me; indeed You are the All-hearing, the All-knowing.
2 Maryam only ate food from “jannah” heaven
Chapter 7 of the “pseudo-gospel of Matthew,” says this: « She did not retire from praying until there appeared to her the angel of the Lord, from whose hand she used to receive food, and thus she became more and more perfect in the work of God. If anyone who was unwell touched her, the same hour he went home cured.”

So her Lord accepted her graciously and blessed her with a pleasant upbringing… Whenever Zachariah visited her in the sanctuary, he found her supplied with provisions. He exclaimed, “O Mary! Where did this come from?” She replied, “It is from Allah. Surely Allah provides for whoever He wills without limit.”
3 people were contending to take charge of maryam.
Maryam’s mother fulfilled her promise by giving her child to God at the temple. As she matured, numerous individuals sought to be her suitor.
In chapter 8 of the “pseudo-gospel of Matthew,” it’s written: « Wherefore it seems to me that through our inquiry and the answer of God we should try to ascertain to whose keeping she ought to be entrusted. And the priest said: Tomorrow let everyone who has no wife come and bring his rod in his hand. And he enquired of the Lord. And the Lord said to him: Put all their rods into the holy of holies of God, and let them remain there, and order them to come to you on the morrow to get back their rods. »

and you were not with them when they were casting lots [to see] which of them would take charge of Mary’s care, nor were you with them when they were contending.
The “the pseudo-gospel of Matthew” says the Lord chose Joseph, but the Quran says Allah chose Zachariah.
« And when he was humbly standing last of all, the high priest cried out to him with a loud voice, saying, Come, Joseph, and receive your rod. »

He charged Zechariah with her care.
4 Maryam received the revelation of her pregnancy
The Noble Quran claims that the angel Jibreel (Gabriel) appeared to her in the form of a handsome man to give her a pure son from his lord, Allah.
In chapter 9 of the “pseudo-gospel of Matthew,” it says:
« While Mary was at the fountain to fill her pitcher, the angel of the Lord appeared to her, saying: Blessed are you, Mary; for in your womb you have prepared an habitation for the Lord.
Again, on the third day, while she was working at the purple with her fingers, there entered a young man of ineffable beauty. And when Mary saw him, she exceedingly feared and trembled. And he said to her: Hail, Mary, full of grace; the Lord is with you: blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.
Then the angel of the Lord added: Fear not, Mary, for you have found favour with God: Behold, you shall conceive in your womb and shall bring forth the King, who fills not only the earth but the heaven, and who reigns from generation to generation. »
⊕ Maryam Surat 19:17-19.
We sent to her Our spirit (angel Gabriel), and he appeared to her as a well-shaped man.
She appealed, “I truly seek refuge in the Most Compassionate from you! (So leave me alone) if you are God-fearing.”
He responded, “I am only a messenger from your Lord, (sent) to bless you with a pure son.”
As you can see, there’s no mention of the angel Jibreel in the passage. (The words in brackets are additions made by the translator.) And the angel of the Lord is the Lord Himself, who appears as a messenger. “Ruhina” (Our Spirit) means the spirit of Allah. It’s not clear in the Quran if angels are spirits.
Moreover, when the angel Jibreel met Muhammad in the cave, he didn’t say to him, Fear not. He squeezed him instead until the prophet couldn’t breathe.
Some verses state that Allah sent angels to Mary, not just one angel. It’s a clear contradiction.
⊕ Ali Imran Surat 3:42 and 45-46.
42 The angels said to Mary: ‘Mary, God has chosen you and made you pure: He has truly chosen you above all women.
45 (And mention) when the angels said, “O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary – distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near (to Allah).
46 And he will speak to people in infancy and adulthood and will be one of the righteous.”
For some reason, Prophet Muhammad’s god, Allah foretold that Isa would also speak in his adulthood. It’s a miracle!
5 joseph found Maryam with child
In chapter 10 of the “pseudo-gospel of Matthew,” it says: « And after nine months Joseph came back to his house and found Mary pregnant. Wherefore, being in the utmost distress, he trembled and cried out. »
In chapter 12 of the “pseudo-gospel of Matthew,” it’s written: « And Joseph was seized by the officers of the temple and brought along with Mary to the high priest. And they summoned Mary and said, “And what excuse can you have? Or what greater sign can appear in you than the conception of your womb, which betrays you?” She went up to the altar of the Lord boldly, and drank the water of drinking, and walked round the altar seven times, and no sin was found in her.
Then Mary, seeing that she was still suspected by the people, said with a loud voice, “As the Lord Adonai lives, (…) I have not known man. (…) And this vow I made to my God from my infancy, that I should remain unspotted (…) as long as I shall live, will I remain unpolluted. Then they all began to kiss her feet and to embrace her knees, asking her to pardon them for their wicked suspicions. »
⊕ Maryam Surat 19:27-28.
27 Then she returned to her people, carrying him. They said, (in shock), “O Mary! You have certainly done a horrible thing!”
28 O sister of Aaron! “Your father was not an indecent man, nor was your mother unchaste.”
The author of the Quran placed Maryam, the character of the old testament, in the new testament. He confuses Maryam, the sister of Moses and Aaron, with Mary, the mother of Jesus.
The accusation against Mary comes from chapter 12 of the “pseudo-gospel of Matthew.”
The book of Joseph the high priest, called by some Caiaphas. Supposedly he was the high priest at the time of Jesus’s ministry.
The “First Gospel of the Infancy of Jesus Christ” had been kept by the Gnostics in the second century.
1 ISA DEFENDS MARYAM FROM THE CRADLE.
In the first chapter, verses 2 and 3, Jesus spoke to his mother after she gave birth to him. He said:
« Mary, I am Jesus the Son of God, that word which you brought forth according to the declaration of the angel Gabriel to you, and my Father has sent me for the salvation of the world. »
Allah, the god of the Muslims, naturally gives a quite different version of Jesus’ words.
⊕ Maryam Surat 19:29-31 and 33.
29 So she pointed to him. They said, “How can we speak to one who is in the cradle a child?”
30 (Isa) said, “Indeed, I am the servant of Allah. He has given me the Scripture and made me a prophet.
31 And He has made me blessed wherever I am and has enjoined upon me prayer and zakah as long as I remain alive.
33 And peace is on me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I am raised alive.”
Isa possesses the power to declare peace on himself, and on whatever he does, or on anyone. Jesus does not need well-wishes from us. Isa said: “He has made me blessed wherever I am.”
Didn’t Allah take him to himself in Jannah? Why would someone who dwells beside Allah need well-wishes from a wretched people living in a sinful world?
Prophet Sulayiman wrote in his book of “Ecclesiastes” that it’s foolish to send well-wishes to dead people.
Ω Ecclesiastes 9:5.
For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further REWARD, and even their name is forgotten.
Muslim scholars often assert that Jews and Christians deliberately modified their scriptures to conceal the truth, which is subsequently restored in the Qur’an.
To accomplish this, it would necessitate a conspiracy involving individuals from various centuries and empires, who speak different languages and possess radically different beliefs. Modern scholars do not support this claim.
The Qur’an must have been compiled in an environment where Christian and Jewish stories were well known to both the writers and the audience. Such borrowings are to be expected in a semi-literate culture before the advent of the printing press. Different versions of the same story, as well as transmission errors between mediums, are to be expected.
There is also a hadith narrated by Abu Huraira in which he said that the Jews used to explain the Torah in Arabic to the Muslims. Sahih Al Bukhari, volume 6, book 60, hadith 12.
